A. OUR RATES :

  • Our internet rates are valid for booking made through our website not through other website.
  • Our internet rates are including of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Sightseeing tours rates are either per car per or person depend on the quoted packages
  • Being an agent dealing with many suppliers such as : hotels, villas and other services providers,
    we can not guarantee the accuracy of all information displayed on this website.
    However, we are keen to gradually update the information.


B.RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES:

  • All bookings should be sent through our online inquiry form or instant booking form
  • We will follow up your inquiry as soon as possible or we will let you know if more time required
  • To secure the booking we may need a deposit or full payment by online with Visa/ Master card/PayPal.
  • Cancellation fees may be applied as per service providers' cancellation policy.
  • As final confirmation, we will issue a service voucher to show at the activity location
  • Otherwise, our latest confirmation email is also treated as a booking confirmation.


C. PAYMENT METHODS :

ADVANCE PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT WILL BE BY :

1.CASH

2. CREDIT CARD :
    - Online payment with credit card or PayPal in USD
    - Online payment with credit card in IDR

   -  We will email you the link for online payment
    - Payment via PayPal in USD can be done to our email : sales@balitrips.com
    - We do not keep your credit card number to guarantee your booking

3. TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER (T.T) IN USD :

- International bank transfers to our banks : Bank BCA, CIMB Niaga
- Bank details will be mentioned in our invoice.


4. DOMESTIC (LOCAL) BANKS TRANSFERS/ INTERNET BANKING / ATM/ PHONE BANKING :

- Rupiah account : Mandiri, BNI
- We can check the transfers by online
- PT Balitrips Hospitality Service, account numbers in  Rupiah :

BALANCE OF PAYMENT BY  :
1. CASH : we accept IDR (Rupiah), USD, AUD, SIN DOLLAR, EURO, YEN
2. Visa or Master card in IDR (based on exchange rate of the day):
    Additional 2% for bank charge


3. DIRECT ON THE SPOT :

- Upon our confirmation, balance of payment can be done also directly on the spot.
